Damaged or missing items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and attach photographs of the outer box and the contents. We will arrange a replacement or a refund without asking you to post anything back.
Complaints
Email us with the word Complaint in the subject line. We acknowledge every complaint within two working days and aim to resolve it within fourteen days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution provider or to your local Trading Standards service.
